Teaching Approach教學方式

	Hands-on activities (such as Montessori time and arts and craft) are not only an excellent tool that puts children on the road to self discovery or to understanding the how things work, but it is also a great way for children to develop their creativity, improve on their fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination, independence, self-confidence and to learn basic mathematical concepts. 實用活動(如蒙特梭利時間、美術及工藝)除了是引領孩子自我發現的良方，更是發展孩子創意、手眼協調、獨立性、自信及基本數學概念的好方法。
	Story time will be the best opportunity to cultivate children’s interest in reading, to expose children to different kinds of books and to increase children’s vocabulary. 故事時間：引發孩子閱讀各類書籍之興趣及增加孩子詞彙的絕佳機會。
	Music and movement is a great way for children to learn about rhythm, rhymes and bodily coordination in a fun and enjoyable way. 音樂與動作：有助孩子輕鬆學習音律及身體協調性。

Parent Involvement家長參與
We believe that parents are the child’s first teacher in that they play an important role in the learning process of their children and therefore, their participation within the classroom is invaluable. There will be activities in class which promotes parent-child bonding such as through games and singing.
Parents are also guided all throughout the class by the teacher so that they will better understand their children as well as to be more confident with communicating with their children. Workshops will be held to teach parents who are interested in applying the Montessori approach with their children at home.

家長是孩子學習過程的啓導者，因此家長參與至關重要。課堂上將有促進親子關係的活動例如遊戲及唱歌等。導師將於課堂上全程引導家長，令他們對自己的孩子更瞭解，親子溝通更和諧。我們更有工作坊指導對蒙特梭利教學法有興趣的家長於家中自行應用。

Dressing衣着
Children should come to class comfortably dressed. They will be required to remove their shoes and socks before class (but parents are required to wear socks during class for hygiene purposes).

衣服舒適自然便可。孩子們於課前需脫掉鞋子及襪子。為保持衛生，家長則需穿上襪子。

Montessori Playgroup (12-24 months)
This programme is specifically designed to bring out the best in your toddler. Our caring and devoted teachers will provide your child with the best learning environment so that he/she is free to explore, learn and socialize.
Our inquiry and play based curriculum is intended to provide children with the opportunity to explore and discover through hands-on activities which promotes higher thinking skills, social skills language skills and physical skills such as gross and fine motor development, bodily and eye-hand coordination. At the end of the day, we hope that your child will have loads of fun and yet develop into a brilliant and independent individual

Montessori Playgroup (24-36 months)
This Montessori integrated programme is designed to immerse your child in an enriched environment which will continuously stimulate and provoke his/her natural instinct to learn and to make new discoveries. It forms the basic foundation for understanding of the world around him/her. These concepts are important for building a concrete platform for learning language, mathematic concepts, social and emotional skills and physical coordination.
Our fully trained teachers play an important role in facilitating the child’s learning journey, making sure that every child’s learning needs is catered for by providing individual attention, thus allowing the child to develop at their own pace.
